Senior Software Engineer

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Several years of hands-on experience with Java stack and frontend technologies like Angular.
• Experience with Java EE, testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, Serenity BDD), relational/NoSQL databases, and build/automation tools (Maven, Git, Jenkins).
• Interest in Business Process Automation and motivation to learn Camunda and BPMN.
• Hands-on experience working with AI agents in development.
• Ability to reason about system behavior, failure modes, and long-term evolution.
• Agile mindset with confidence in self-organization and communication.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

• Participate in the full software development cycle: design, implement, and deliver features collaboratively.
• Write clean, maintainable code and take ownership of deliverables using AI agents.
• Direct AI agents by defining intent and steering code generation.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability.
• Learn and apply Camunda and BPMN 2.0 for process orchestration in global Sea Freight.
• Stay updated with AI agentic development practices and integrate new capabilities.
• Mentor new and junior engineers in AI-agentic development.
