AI GTM Engineer

Elfsquad builds CPQ software for manufacturers with complex, configurable products such as agricultural equipment, pumps and valves, packaging machinery, and elevators. • Experience as a full-stack builder with strong software engineering fundamentals
• Understanding of architecture and ability to plan and deliver complex systems
• Proficiency in .NET / C# or a strong OOP language
• Experience with frontend technologies such as React and/or Angular with TypeScript
• Ability to embrace AI as agentic software engineering and use AI in the software development lifecycle
• Capability to work with both new and legacy code
• Focus on code quality, security, and safe shipping
• Desire to grow with a team and product over the long term

Nice to have:

• Experience building and deploying agents or developer tooling
• Experience with complex domain logic such as pricing, configuration, and rules engines
• Experience working directly with end-users or customers

• Designing and building scalable logic engines for configuration and pricing
• Developing rule-based and event-driven systems handling complex dependencies
• Integrating AI and ML outputs into real products
• Shaping AI integration into the software development lifecycle, including code writing, review, and automation
• Building high-performance APIs for internal teams and external partners
• Improving architecture towards modularity, scalability, and long-term flexibility
• Collaborating with product, customers, and engineers; scoping work, maintaining communication, and driving completion
