Lead/Senior DevOps Engineer - OpenShift

The position is for a client in the iLottery industry, focusing on a migration project.

• Deep experience with OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) administration and cluster hardening.
• Proficiency in KVM/QEMU, Ceph storage engineering, and Proxmox APIs.
• Advanced Terraform and Ansible skills for Infrastructure as Code on local hardware.
• Strong knowledge of SDN, VLAN tagging, and load balancing in a data center environment.
• Experience with Linux.

• Build a high-availability Proxmox environment using Ceph/ZFS for persistent storage and OVS/Linux Bridges for networking.
• Perform end-to-end installation and lifecycle management of OpenShift (UPI/IPI) on the Proxmox hypervisor.
• Implement IGT-compliant security standards using OpenShift Service Mesh (mTLS), RBAC, and the Compliance Operator.
• Configure CSI drivers for automated, dynamic volumes and integrate with Keycloak/AD.
• Act as the technical anchor for the project.
