Project Manager

Devire Outsourcing IT is a form of cooperation dedicated to IT specialists based on self-employment (B2B), executing projects for clients running innovative and modern projects. The role is for an experienced Program Manager in the banking sector for one of the three largest banks in Poland, focusing on modern financial solutions.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PMI, PRINCE2)
• Experience in end-to-end project delivery
• Knowledge of software implementation methodologies
• Knowledge of system analysis methods
• Understanding of software development technologies and methodologies
• Very good English language skills (minimum C1)
• Knowledge of SCRUM
• Proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, MS Excel, MS Office
• Communication and leadership skills
• Experience in the financial/banking sector

• Manage projects considering scope, budget, time, quality, and risks
• Lead and motivate the project team
• Monitor and report project status to sponsors and stakeholders
• Oversee project budget according to internal regulations
• Coordinate cooperation with external suppliers
• Implement and apply appropriate project management methodologies
