Senior Business Analyst

Grape Up is focused on leveraging technology to drive software innovation. The role involves joining an initiative to modernize selected modules of an airport management software suite, working closely with the client’s Product Owner and stakeholders.

• Extensive experience in senior, product-focused roles such as Senior Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Owner
• Strong hands-on experience with requirements exploration and validation techniques
• Practical experience with team collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to extract insights from complex data and systems
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making
• Excellent skills in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and creating high-quality User Stories
• Strong consulting mindset with ability to engage stakeholders, influence decisions, and drive solution discovery
• Proficiency in English enabling seamless cooperation with native speakers
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness for office visits and occasional business trips
• Team player with strong communication skills, initiative, and focus on value delivery

• Represent the client’s Product Owner within the delivery Scrum team, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical delivery
• Own and manage the product backlog by translating complex business requirements into well-defined items, continuously refining and prioritizing them
• Facilitate refinement sessions and guide the development team throughout sprints to ensure clarity of scope and priorities
• Use diverse requirements exploration techniques to gather, validate, and refine business needs
• Drive continuous discovery processes to identify, shape, and plan future iterations based on evolving project requirements
• Leverage AI/LLM-powered tools to enhance analysis of legacy systems and improve decision-making
• Collaborate proactively with developers, testers, architects, and client-side stakeholders to address blockers, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks
• Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation, including business and technical requirements, process flows, and high-quality User Stories
• Act as a trusted advisor by identifying opportunities, challenging assumptions, and recommending solutions to maximize business value
• Support business growth by collaborating with Sales and contributing to pre-sales activities and service offering evolution
• Communicate fluently in English with international teams
