Technical Project Manager

Acaisoft Poland Sp. z o.o. is a software house cooperating with a US client that integrates production-grade, governed AI workflows into complex enterprise systems, focusing on overcoming integration and domain expertise challenges in AI deployment.

• At least 3 years of practice in managing timelines, scoping projects, and ensuring successful delivery in an agile environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical role (e.g., Software Engineer, DevOps, Systems Engineer, or Technical Analyst) before moving into program/project/delivery management.
• A solid foundational understanding of cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern infrastructure concepts.
• Flexibility to support US-based teams, with daily availability up to 21:00 (9:00 PM) CET/CEST.

• Managing teams of Developers, DevOps Engineers, and QAs, ensuring compliance with Scrum and Agile principles.
• Cross-team collaboration and coordination of activities with clients.
• Defining requirements and new functionalities in close cooperation with clients.
• Developing timelines and roadmaps in collaboration with project stakeholders.
• Planning and maintaining project roadmaps to ensure a clear development direction.
• Conducting Scrum ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Due to the client's location, required availability to work at least till 9:00 PM CET.
