Technical Program Manager

• Proven ability to coordinate and drive delivery across 20+ different product and technical teams simultaneously (Matrix Delivery Management at Scale).
• Exceptional skill in spotting gaps between isolated teams and identifying uncommunicated risks or dependencies (Proactive Dependency Management).
• Experience in building new processes and merging teams, beyond standard Business As Usual (BAU) programs (Transformation & Business Change Experience).
• Willingness to run daily stand-ups and resolve cross-domain issues (Hands-on Delivery Focus).
• Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to connect technical engineers with business-facing teams.
• Professional English proficiency (C1).

• Manage day-to-day delivery and technical coordination across 20–26 domains, running daily stand-ups and resolving cross-domain issues.
• Work with domain project managers and IT teams to collect estimations, track dependencies, and coordinate infrastructure and release dates.
• Actively map and manage complex dependencies to ensure nothing falls between the gaps of isolated teams.
• Collaborate with the Business Readiness Project Manager to support UATs, define process flows, and ensure successful business adoption of technical releases.
