Junior Product Manager

Sansa Europe sp. z o. o. is a distributor of photographic accessories operating as a subsidiary of Cyfrowe.pl, the largest specialist photo-video company in Poland. Together with Cyfrowe.pl, it belongs to the European Imaging Group, a European group of leading photo-video sellers. Sansa offers globally recognized photographic brands such as Peak Design and Elinchrom and develops its own brand portfolio, supplying products to the entire group. The company has branches in Gdańsk, Łódź, and Kraków.

• Communicative knowledge of English (around B2 level) with readiness to participate in English meetings and develop business vocabulary.
• Ability to analyze data and work efficiently with Google Sheets or Excel; familiarity with Google environment (mail, drive, calendar) is a plus.
• Genuine desire to develop in the photo/video industry and learn the managed assortment.
• Excellent self-organization, diligence, and systematic work.
• Communication skills and a collaborative attitude to work with various team members and external partners.
• Creativity and proactivity; ideas are welcomed.
• Openness to learning new sales programs, systems, and ERP.
• Ambitious approach with a mindset to eventually become a Brand Manager.

Nice to have:

• Experience in similar roles or in sales, purchasing, or marketing.
• Knowledge of photo/video assortment or passion for photography.
• Valid category B driving license.
• Ability to prepare simple graphic projects using templates.
• Higher education, preferably in commercial or marketing fields.
• Knowledge of Comarch Optima or Power BI systems.
• Knowledge of additional foreign languages such as German, Dutch, Spanish, or Czech.

• Co-create new products from idea to market introduction and maintain the offer of assigned brands.
• Plan orders, analyze stock levels, and enter documents into the system.
• Maintain consistent, complete, and up-to-date product information.
• Participate in creating product descriptions and materials.
