Paid internship - IT Business Process & Financial Management (Valuemation) f/m

• Active student status in Bachelor’s or Master’s studies, preferably in Business Process Automation, Business Informatics, Finance & Controlling, Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and financial mindset with interest in workflow mapping and data analysis; excellent MS Excel skills are a plus.
• Basic understanding of database structures, relational queries (basic SQL), or basic programming logic/scripting (e.g., Python).
• Familiarity with or strong desire to learn agile software delivery models such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong communication skills in Polish and English for global collaboration.

Nice to have:

• Academic exposure to Java or PL/SQL.
• Basic understanding of ITIL frameworks or IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts.

• Support IT Service Portfolio Management by helping design and align global Service Catalog structures to ensure financial clarity for internal billing.
• Optimize Budget-to-Perform (B2P) and financial processes by supporting configuration of cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting workflows in Valuemation.
• Gather business and financial requirements by collaborating with IT controllers, portfolio managers, and global stakeholders to translate operational pain points into Valuemation configurations.
• Participate actively in an agile development team, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and product reviews, using Jira and Confluence for progress tracking and documentation.
