The role is based in Warsaw and involves leading an IT engineering team within the Digital Customer Systems area, which includes frontend and backend developers, IT systems analysts, software engineering leads, and software quality analysts.
Wymagania
- Experience in a similar managerial role or leading complex digital domains.
- Hands-on experience in building and developing digital systems such as CRM, marketing automation, portals, or sales platforms.
- Experience managing and developing agile teams in an Agile and DevSecOps environment.
- Ability to build relationships with business stakeholders and make decisions in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Understanding of the specifics of working in a regulated financial market.
Nice to have:
- Experience with headless CMS solutions.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools.
- Experience with CI/CD tooling and API-first approaches.
- Experience in recruiting Java and React developers.

- Co-create and review the architecture of modern digital solutions and applications, ensuring scalability, security, and long-term value.
- Inspire teams with new technologies and support a modern engineering culture based on DevSecOps principles.
- Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders to jointly define and deliver the product vision.
- Take ownership of the domain budget, monitor costs, and collaborate closely with controlling teams.
- Build, develop, and lead effective, engaged agile teams, supporting their continuous growth and maturity.
