• Very good practical knowledge of Guidewire Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite solutions, especially PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.
• Very good knowledge of Gosu and Java.
• Knowledge of integration patterns and Guidewire system integration mechanisms.
• Experience with cloud deployment models, updates, and Guidewire release management.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD, deployment automation, automated testing, and continuous delivery.
• Ability to navigate technical implementation, architecture, and strategic discussions.
• Very good English language skills at a minimum C1 level.

• Coaching Tech Leads and development teams in test automation, trunk-based development, CI/CD, and progressive delivery.
• Improving continuous delivery processes in Guidewire Cloud environments.
• Identifying and removing obstacles hindering the adoption of modern engineering practices.
• Collaborating between delivery teams and the Guidewire platform provider.
• Coordinating platform-related issues and change requests.
• Enhancing code quality, automation levels, and engineering standards through coaching and technical consultations.
• Defining and measuring goals related to teams' engineering maturity.
• Providing support at the technical implementation, architecture, and technology strategy levels.

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
