Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or delivery team leader managing teams of 6–15 people.
- Practical experience as Developer, Architect, or DevOps with understanding of code, architecture, and pipelines.
- Experience in medical or insurance IT, with knowledge of HL7 FHIR standards, e-prescriptions, NFZ systems, or KNF regulations as an advantage.
- Experience with end-to-end product or system responsibility from business requirements to production operation.
- Experience collaborating with external software houses including negotiating scope, technical acceptance, and Fixed-Price and T&M models.
- Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban); ITIL (Change Management, Incident Management) is a plus.
- Ability to translate technical topics including technical debt and architectural decisions into business language and justify their impact on risk and development directions.
- Skills in early risk identification and proposing concrete action scenarios.
Obowiązki
- Lead a technical interdisciplinary delivery team of approximately 15 members including Solution Architects, Frontend/Backend/Full-Stack Developers, QA, and DevOps/Cloud specialists.
- Build relationships with business stakeholders and provide technological advisory.
- Participate in defining requirements and ensure the team understands the business context.
- Co-create the technical roadmap of the domain, including goal setting, value and risk estimation, and delivery sequencing.
- Manage the end-to-end application lifecycle: architecture, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with and supervise external vendors regarding scope, technical acceptance, architectural compliance, and code security.
- Foster a work environment based on responsibility, quality, and open communication.
