"TOPPOINT POLSKA" sp. z o.o. offers a position in Brzezie k. Sulechowa (pow. zielonogórski) in the IT administration sector, focusing on technical support and network administration.

• Minimum technical secondary education, preferably in IT, electronics, or telecommunications.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (filtering, basic formulas).
• Basic understanding of computer networks (IP addressing, topology, cables, network devices).
• Ability to organize structured cabling (patch panels, RACK cabinets, RJ45).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve simple hardware and software faults.
• Communicative level of English.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of helpdesk or ticketing systems.
• Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Experience working in IT departments or infrastructure implementation.

• Perform duties related to the IT support role as per the job requirements.
