Field Service Dispatcher with Dutch

• Education or equivalent practical experience
• 2–4 years of experience in Field Service Dispatch or a similar role; candidates with customer service or administrative support background are also encouraged to apply
• Strong communication skills in Dutch language, plus solid English
• Ability to work in hybrid mode (3 days per week from Warsaw office)

• Support dispatch operations for your assigned region
• Monitor technician status and schedules to keep jobs on track
• Manage job pools, fill gaps, and reassign work to meet customer commitments
• Optimize routes for efficiency and on-time performance
• Handle appointment confirmations, rescheduling, and customer inquiries
• Update calendars and adjust assignments based on skills and priorities
• Anticipate obstacles and find prompt solutions
• Collaborate with your team and share feedback for continuous improvement
