• Experience in the insurance or financial industry
• Analytical skills, ability to draw conclusions and prepare recommendations

• Ability to quickly assimilate information and draw conclusions
• Ability to describe business requirements for IT systems and tools
• Knowledge of CRM systems for salespeople, e.g., SalesForce, is an additional advantage

• Coordinate innovative, optimization, and transformation activities in the sales network
• Create initiatives to improve the work of salespeople and sales team managers, including using AI
• Define requirements for changes in sales support systems, especially SalesForce CRM and internal customer needs tools
• Agree on priorities in the change backlog and ensure quality of implemented solutions
• Monitor results and promote the use of new process and system features
• Design and implement mechanisms to remind and sustain key sales actions
• Manage project activities including schedules, business cases, agreements, and implementations
• Plan and supervise pilots and verify their results
• Prepare presentation materials for decision-makers and sales structures
• Collaborate with the sales network by collecting ideas, verifying prototypes, and building knowledge and engagement
