ERP Operations Manager ( Comarch XL)

Synergie Poland Sp. z o.o. is recruiting for an ERP Operations Manager role based in Wrocław, Poland, focusing on the Comarch XL ERP system. The position involves overseeing the ERP system's operation and development, coordinating implementations and updates, and supporting business processes in finance, accounting, and sales.

• Experience working with the Comarch XL ERP system, especially in finance, accounting, and sales.
• Knowledge of financial and accounting processes and their practical application in ERP systems.
• Basic knowledge of accounting, finance, and tax issues.
• Ability to create simple SQL queries and reports.
• Preferred knowledge of reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or Power BI.
• Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions supporting business decisions.
• Developed communication skills.
• Experience preparing reports and summaries for management.

• Supervise the proper functioning and further development of the Comarch XL ERP system.
• Coordinate implementations, system changes, and updates in collaboration with users and external providers.
• Identify business needs and propose improvements to enhance process efficiency.
• Manage user requests, set priorities, and monitor timely execution.
• Prepare documentation, procedures, and instructions related to system operation.
• Control the budget for ERP application maintenance and development.
• Create reports, analyses, and custom data sets using reporting tools and SQL.
• Support users in daily system use and ensure effective communication regarding implemented changes.
