AI Systems Engineer - Forward-Deployed Builder

• Experience building with AI at the systems level, including agents, memory, tools, orchestration, and evaluation.
• Commercial reasoning skills to understand business and user impact.

• Resilience and ability to engage in direct, critical discussions.
• Up-to-date with frontier AI tools and able to explain recent AI/agent/GTM innovations.
• Intellectual honesty and root cause analysis skills.
• Evidence of building and driving projects such as agents, automations, or products.
• Hands-on experience with agentic/AI engineering using LLMs and agent frameworks.
• Understanding of info-product, agency, or DTC/GTM business models.
• Experience with GTM engineering and automation tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier with complex workflows.
• Proficiency with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and coding languages such as JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript.
• Bonus: experience with martech/sales-tech including CRMs, tracking, ESP/email systems, and multi-tenant platforms.

• Deconstruct messy real-world workflows in sales ops, marketing ops, product ops, fulfillment, and support into automated systems.
• Build agentic systems such as agents, automations, data pipelines, and reporting tools relied upon by real users and revenue.
• Build and rebuild complex products quickly, making build-vs-buy-vs-reuse decisions under deadlines.
• Own integrations, data models, tracking, and essential plumbing that other systems depend on.
• Analyze and fix root causes of business issues from first principles rather than symptoms.
