Life Sciences Customer Success Specialist

• Higher education in biological sciences (Life Sciences) or related fields.
• Very good command of English (C1 or C2 level).
• Strong customer orientation and ability to build positive relationships.
• Highly developed communication skills.

• Experience working in laboratories, especially in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries.

• Handle customer tickets and respond through available channels.
• Provide quick, complete, and substantive information about products and services.
• Analyze problems and assist users in resolving system difficulties.
• Collaborate with the Support Engineering team to diagnose and fix errors.
• Monitor ticket progress and maintain contact with customers until resolution.
• Identify customer needs and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPI).
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure service quality.
• Acquire and develop knowledge about products and their application in laboratory environments.
