Enterprise Architect (f/m/x)

Sii Polska is a company operating in a global and multicultural environment, collaborating closely with Business and IT teams to translate business requirements into solution capabilities. The role involves working within a Business Unit to develop and execute enterprise architecture strategies and roadmaps for business applications, ensuring alignment with company-wide standards.

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in international and multicultural environments
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree combined with experience in a relevant technology domain
• At least 10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Process Excellence, Solution Architecture, or related IT domains, including non-technical aspects
• Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of business processes in manufacturing companies
• Experience in optimizing business processes and understanding business solutions from a functional perspective
• Hands-on involvement in IT solution design (functional and technical), including integration technologies, with experience in SAP and integrations
• Broad experience with IT systems across multiple enterprise domains, including ERP, and participation in project delivery including Project Manager roles
• Fluency in English
• Residing in Poland required

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and tools (e.g., LeanIX)

• Develop and carry out enterprise architecture strategies and roadmaps for business applications within the Business Unit, ensuring consistency with company-wide and Business Unit standards
• Ensure all IT applications, solutions, and components are aligned from business and technical viewpoints to support Business Unit requirements
• Collaborate with the Business Unit and other Enterprise Architects to promote standardization and shared applications
• Analyze new technologies and propose solutions to enhance innovation and efficiency
• Support IT solution architects and project teams, confirming new solutions meet architecture compliance standards
• Manage the Business Unit application portfolio, maintaining accuracy and updates
