Quality Confirmation Graduate / Specialist

• Fluent in English.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Customer-oriented with ownership to challenge the status quo.
• Passion for software development processes and quality assurance.
• Organized, flexible, proactive, delivery-focused, and willing to continuously learn.
• Good communication skills, time management, and business understanding.
• Knowledge of software development processes & techniques such as requirements engineering, software design, Agile Scrum, DevOps, software evaluation, SIL/HIL.
• Knowledge of quality assurance practices (code reviews, test case reviews, process audits).
• Knowledge of software testing (MIL, SIL, HIL) including testing standards (ISTQB).
• Assets: usage of ALM tools (Windchill, Codebeamer), source control & CI/CD tools (Github), Jira, Confluence, expertise in test automation, GenAI, basic programming skills (Java, C++, Python), and understanding of software coding best practices.
• Standard driving license (Category B) or in process of obtaining one.

• Develop E2E testing strategies for n-Car & Ou-Car developed features in cooperation with stakeholders within and outside TME.
• Write test cases, execute E2E testing, and generate test reports, including reporting to Senior Management within TME.
• Identify opportunities to enhance testing quality and effectiveness, including automation, using data science skills.
• Standardize quality assurance processes applied by different testing teams.

Job location is Wrocław, Silver Tower Office Center with a hybrid working pattern of 2 to 3 days per week in the office. Position available since September 2026. Reporting line to MW manager / Team Lead.
