Software Project Manager

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT/software development projects.
• Strong technical mindset with deep understanding of software development processes and modern deployment standards.
• Advanced hands-on experience in Jira for tracking complex workflows, timelines, and dependencies.
• Practical knowledge of Agile techniques and artifacts (user stories, epics, backlog grooming, Definition of Ready/Done).
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to manage cross-functional setups.
• Professional English proficiency (C1 level).

• Manage end-to-end technical projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
• Set, monitor, and realign project milestones using Jira; proactively forecast delays and mitigate risks.
• Work closely with multi-team agile environments, fostering self-organizing teams and continuous improvement.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams, vendors, and clients, providing clear status updates and managing expectations.
