IT Business Analyst (Banking)

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Higher education in technical, economic, financial, or related fields
• Experience in projects for the banking sector
• Knowledge of banking products and business processes
• Practical experience in analyzing and implementing changes in banking systems
• Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML process modeling techniques
• Experience with tools: Jira, Confluence, Enterprise Architect
• Ability to create analytical documentation
• Very good analytical and communication skills
• English language proficiency at minimum C level
• Willingness to work from the office in Wrocław 2 days per week

• Analyze business needs and identify user requirements for banking systems
• Propose solutions that support business goals
• Define and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Prepare analytical and project documentation
• Model business processes using BPMN and UML
• Collaborate with product and technical teams
• Participate in project meetings such as refinement, planning, and reviews
• Support the team in executing current project tasks
• Verify documentation prepared within projects

Work location requires presence in the Wrocław office 2 days per week.
