Senior IT Compliance Specialist

TOYOTA CENTRAL EUROPE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ is hiring for a Senior IT Compliance Specialist role to ensure compliance of TME’s IT systems across various business areas including R&D, manufacturing, customer service, and connected vehicle systems.

• Expert knowledge of IT governance, risk and compliance, regulations, and industry standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001, AI Act, Cyber Resilience Act
• Good knowledge of IT architecture and cybersecurity, including basic knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks like NIST
• Basic project management skills, ideally with some knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Analytical problem-solving mindset with ability to analyse problems and think systematically
• Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with business, IT, cybersecurity, and legal teams in an international environment
• Customer-oriented communication skills to explain compliance regulations, requirements, and issues to management and non-expert users
• Proactive learning attitude to stay current with regulatory and technology trends
• Adaptability to work in a fast-changing regulatory and technical environment
• Excellent spoken and written communication in English
• Knowledge of IT GRC tools such as AuditBoard, OneTrust, and reporting tools like Excel and Power BI
• Degree in IT, law, or business, preferably with a compliance or regulation element
• At least 5 years’ experience in IT compliance and risk management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in IT compliance and risk management (e.g., GRCP, CISA, CGRC, CRISC, IT Risk Fundamentals Certificate)
• Certifications in relevant ISO standards (e.g., ISO 27001, 27701, 27005)
• Certifications in relevant regulations (e.g., CIPP, CIPM, CIPT)
• Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, GSEC, GIAC)

• Analyse regulations and understand their scope, tangible requirements, risks, and impact on TME’s business and IT systems
• Create compliance frameworks, control definitions, policies, standards, risks, and requirements
• Lead the design and implementation of compliance and risk management processes
• Manage cross-company IT compliance projects
• Monitor the regulatory and risk landscape for IT compliance
• Monitor and report on the implementation and operation of compliance in IT systems
• Perform risk assessments, analyse and resolve compliance issues and risks
• Provide compliance guidance and support to IT and business teams across the company
• Support the definition of IT compliance strategy and plans

Position available since August 2026. Location: Wrocław, Silver Tower Office Center. Working pattern: Remote or Hybrid (2 to 3 days per week in the office, as needed). Reporting line: MW manager / Team Lead.
