Tesco Technology is hiring a Product Manager to join the Pricing and Promotions team within the Retail Platform Team. The role focuses on solving Price Integrity challenges across Tesco's stores and online channels in the UK, ROI, and Central Europe. The team aims to build a compliant, secure, robust, performant, and scalable platform ensuring accurate pricing for customers.
Wymagania
- Experience in the Product Management lifecycle and product delivery process with an Agile mindset.
- Experience creating product vision and strategy to align teams and prioritize work.
- Understanding of the value of User Experience (UX) and User Interface Design (UI) disciplines.
- Proven ability to identify different customers, factors influencing customer behavior, and use customer research to influence the product roadmap.
- Experience with experimentation and A/B testing to validate ideas and hypotheses.
- Experience using tools to produce and update product roadmaps.
- Preferable but not critical: experience in Pricing domain and/or with APIs.
Nice to have:
- Market analytics experience
- Experience working with OKRs
Obowiązki
- Evolve the product roadmap by writing user stories, managing backlog, and setting priorities.
- Partner with multiple internal and external stakeholders aligned with business and product strategy, especially in Pricing and In-store functions.
- Understand key user personas, customers, and stakeholders and their pain points.
- Collaborate with research, design, analytics, and engineering teams to develop solutions addressing business needs.
- Work as part of a wider product team with shared goals.
- Demonstrate product features to various audiences within and outside the product team.
- Document and explain new requirements to engineering using user stories, personas, and acceptance tests; break down complex work into smaller deliverables.
- Be accountable for product performance and adoption, working to increase both.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
