Product Manager (Braga - Hybrid)

Link Group is hiring a Product Manager to oversee the Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) platform, focusing on healthcare, biotech, clinical diagnostics, or TIC sectors. The role involves managing product lifecycle and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an enterprise environment.

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst in an enterprise setting.
• Deep familiarity with modern software development lifecycles and hybrid delivery frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
• Experience working within cross-functional teams including developers, compliance officers, and business sponsors.
• Prior exposure to Healthcare, Biotech, Clinical Diagnostics, or TIC sectors is a plus.
• Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency with product management and service tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow.
• Solid understanding of data flows, cloud/application integrations, and regulatory compliance.
• Analytical mindset for value-driven prioritization.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build consensus and influence across diverse teams.
• Highly organized and proactive with clear communication skills.

• Craft and sustain a compelling product vision for the LIMS platform.
• Convert corporate strategies into an actionable product roadmap aligned with enterprise architecture and IT security.
• Establish and monitor KPIs on business value, system adoption, user satisfaction, and cost.

🤝 Stakeholder Engagement & Business Synergy:

• Act as the primary liaison for all business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Gather, evaluate, and prioritize business requests ensuring measurable business value.
• Lead steering committees and product review sessions managing trade-offs and expectations.

📋 Requirements & Backlog Craftsmanship:

• Architect and refine the product backlog into epics and features.
• Ensure engineering understands requirements balancing functional upgrades, technical debt, and compliance.

🚀 Execution & Solution Delivery:

• Collaborate with developers, architects, and deployment managers to steer agile sprint cycles.
• Participate in sprint reviews and demos to ensure quality and business expectations.

🔄 Lifecycle Management & Continuous Evolution:

• Direct the application lifecycle from ideation to retirement.
• Coordinate with DevOps and support to maintain platform availability and troubleshoot incidents.
• Use data and feedback to refine user experience and reduce costs.

💰 Financial & Vendor Oversight:

• Support budget forecasting, business cases, and ROI analyses.
• Manage relationships and deliverables with third-party service providers.
