Wymagania

  • 6+ years of proven experience in end-to-end QA processes, including test strategy, execution, regression testing and UAT in enterprise or SaaS environments.
  • Demonstrable experience in functional, integration and system-level testing and familiarity with SDLC principles.
  • Good understanding of APIs, backend systems, integrations and data flows.
  • Experience with defect lifecycle management and risk-based testing methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience in root cause analysis and defect investigation.
  • Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering and Data teams.
  • Experience with incident management, issue triage, escalation and resolution processes.
  • Leadership experience in QA processes, testing strategy development, mentoring and driving quality improvements.
  • Product-oriented mindset with focus on delivering user value and continuous product improvements.

Nice to have:

  • Experience testing AI/LLM-powered products or conversational systems.
  • Familiarity with logs, usage metrics, SQL and analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress or Playwright.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and release processes.

Obowiązki

  • Develop, maintain and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases and test scripts for functional, integration, system and regression testing.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing including usability and performance-focused test activities where applicable.
  • Manage defect lifecycle: identify, log, prioritise, track and verify defects; perform root cause analysis and collaborate on corrective actions.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and engage with product owners, engineering and data teams to validate product behaviour and requirements.
  • Participate in incident management, issue triage, escalation and resolution, providing clear context and next steps for stakeholders.
  • Provide release impact analysis and contribute to go/no-go release decisions with objective quality insights.
  • Maintain and improve test environments and testing efficiency; propose and implement process improvements to raise quality standards.
  • Mentor and coach colleagues on QA best practices, contribute to testing strategy and quality improvements across the product group.
  • Act as a quality advocate, using user-focused feedback to propose product improvements that increase customer value.
