Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automated provisioning and lifecycle management of cloud resources.
Configure, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes, for example using Azure DevOps.
Proactively detect, analyse, and resolve incidents and system issues, and support post-incident reviews.
Ensure compliance with IT security standards, governance requirements, and operational guidelines.
Create, update, and maintain technical documentation and runbooks to support operational continuity.
Collaborate with architecture, operations, and development teams to implement best practices and continuous improvement measures.
