• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Continuous Improvement, Product Operations, or a similar function.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management, or Design Thinking.
• Experience designing business processes that drive a positive end-user experience, reduce business risk, and increase overall workflow efficiency.
• Experience building processes within a regulatory environment.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience in analyzing, documenting, and mapping operational processes through workflows.

• Plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of product changes, managing cross-functional project members to ensure on-time and effective delivery of projects.
• Diagram, evaluate, and maintain operational processes.
• Lead key change management projects utilizing metrics and data to measure impact and identify indicators for future improvement opportunities.
• Design and conduct technical user acceptance testing, providing feedback and guidance to product partners to improve process performance and product quality.
• Work with product and engineering partners to enhance their knowledge of the current customer experiences and existing opportunities.
• Collect data to identify the root cause of problems and utilize information to gain cross-functional alignment, and implement business changes.
• Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional project teams.
• Send regular updates to stakeholders across the company to communicate project status and progress.
