Wymagania
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel for preparing summaries and verifying reports.
- Excellent communication skills for phone and email contact with franchisees, external partners, and internal teams.
- Quick learning ability and openness to learning systems such as JIRA, Salesforce, and settlement-warehouse systems (experience is a plus).
- Meticulousness, accuracy, and good work organization for reliable verification of claims.
- Availability to work under a mandate contract; student or pupil status is welcome.
Obowiązki
- Provide help and support to stores as the first point of contact for franchisees when issues arise (e.g., with deliveries or services).
- Communicate efficiently via phone and email with stores, other Żabka departments, and external companies to identify and resolve problems.
- Maintain order in documents and systems by verifying reports in Excel and managing programs (JIRA, Salesforce) to ensure all claims are accounted for.
