Junior Product Designer

OLX is building marketplace sustainable ecosystems used monthly by millions to buy and sell cars, find homes, land jobs, and trade secondhand goods. The company operates across 7 markets with 50+ nationalities and is backed by Prosus, a major global tech investor. OLX brands include AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto, and Property24.

• 1–2+ years of experience in UX/Digital Product Design with a portfolio showcasing shipped work and live prototypes.
• Demonstrated AI-native mindset using AI tools like Figma Make, Lovable, Cursor, or Claude.
• Proficiency with code-assisted design or fluent with no-code tools to ship directly without engineering handoff.
• Solid grasp of user-centered design principles applied to fast-moving, iterative product cycles.
• Strong systems thinking for designing AI-driven experiences and end-to-end product journeys.
• Team spirit, reliability, honesty, and transparency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Growth mindset prioritizing learning and adaptability.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to give and receive candid feedback.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to conceptualize and ship user-centered solutions with end-to-end accountability.
• Connect design decisions to business outcomes by defining success metrics and running experiments.
• Use AI-native workflows to prototype and iterate directly in code.
• Build working prototypes and production-ready components, test with users, and ship with engineering support.
• Design AI-assisted interaction patterns, including multi-step flows and human-in-the-loop experiences.
• Contribute to the Nexus design system by building and maintaining code components.
• Run brainstorming sessions and design reviews, communicating design rationale with data to stakeholders.

This role can be based in Spain (remote or Barcelona) or Portugal (remote or Lisbon). OLX does not provide relocation support for this position. Only candidates currently residing in these locations will be considered. Applications from candidates outside these locations will not be considered.
