Product Owner

Crestt is hiring a Product Owner / Business Analyst for a long-term project based in Warsaw, working on key products and systems development through collaboration with business and technology teams.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related role
• Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience working with product backlogs
• Ability to prepare Epics, User Stories, and analytical documentation
• Experience conducting workshops and collaborating with business stakeholders
• Knowledge of testing processes (SIT, UAT, regression tests)
• Ability to model business processes and analyze change impacts
• Highly developed communication and analytical skills
• Excellent work organization and independence
• English language skills enabling work in an international environment

Nice to have:

• Experience in corporate or international environments
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Experience in digital transformation and system implementations
• Certifications such as PSPO, PSM, PMI-PBA, CBAP or related

• Analyze business needs and identify root causes of problems
• Gather, define, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements
• Document business processes and define current and target states
• Prepare Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
• Manage product backlog and collaborate with development teams
• Support solution design and evaluate alternative concepts
• Analyze impact of changes on business processes, systems, and users
• Collaborate with QA teams on test case definition and testing strategies
• Analyze and handle errors reported during SIT, UAT, and regression testing
• Conduct business workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings
• Cooperate with Product Managers, IT teams, and business users
• Support product implementations and development initiatives
• Create project and business documentation
• Prepare training materials and conduct end-user training
• Support project, program, and portfolio management processes
