AI Senior Advisor

Convista Polska Sp. z o. o. operates in the AI consulting domain, providing strategic and operational AI advisory services to clients primarily in the public health insurance and social insurance sectors. The company engages in projects involving AI strategy, governance, and enterprise architecture integration, serving clients in the DACH market.

• Several years of consulting experience, preferably in healthcare, public sector, or social insurance.
• At least 5 years working with AI solutions in enterprise environments, including implementation, development, and scaling.
• Proven success in client development, AI portfolio building, and sales support.
• Experience in AI strategy creation, AI governance projects, and organizational transformation towards data-driven approaches.
• Higher education in computer science, business informatics, AI, or related fields.
• Understanding of Sovereign AI concepts such as data sovereignty, model transparency, on-premise or EU hosting, and Human-in-the-Loop approaches.
• Knowledge of regulations including AI Act and GDPR and their practical application.
• Experience designing architectures for AI, data, and cloud solutions.
• Proficiency in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2), with readiness for project travel.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the public sector, especially health or social insurance.
• Knowledge of BSI Grundschutz or similar security standards.

• Responsible for the AI domain both strategically and operationally.
• Develop and implement AI programs and initiatives for clients in public health and social insurance sectors, covering strategy, business models, and enterprise architecture integration.
• Translate AI capabilities into tangible business value, including service quality improvement, process efficiency, IT modernization, and enhanced customer experience.
• Advise clients on responsible AI use, ensuring compliance with regulations such as AI Act, GDPR, data protection, and BSI Grundschutz.
• Co-create and guide AI solution architectures to ensure production readiness and alignment with client IT architectures.
