IT Tech Lead/IT Designer with German

Sollers Consulting Sp. z.o.o is a company operating in the insurance domain, implementing and customizing Guidewire core insurance systems and providing IT solutions for clients in this sector.

• At least 4 years of commercial experience as a software developer using Java or Gosu.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role such as Tech Lead or Architect.
• Fluency in English and German (at least B2/C1 level).
• Solid hands-on experience with systems integration or in the insurance domain.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, design patterns, and clean code principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to bridge business requirements with technical solutions and facilitate workshops.
• Experience in effort estimation and risk identification.
• Experience with Web services (REST/SOAP), Microservices, JMS, Spring, or similar.
• Readiness to travel regularly depending on the project.
• Ability to work in the European Union.
