Senior Data Engineer (Snowflake Cortex)

co.brick Talents is recruiting for a Senior Snowflake Cortex Engineer to design and implement modern AI and data analytics solutions based on the Snowflake platform. The role involves collaboration with Data Engineering, Analytics teams, and Business Stakeholders to create scalable solutions enabling natural language data analysis, insight generation, and business process automation.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or AI Engineering.
• Practical experience with the Snowflake platform.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex, including Cortex Analyst and Cortex Search.
• Experience building and deploying Snowflake Agents.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Good knowledge of Python.
• Experience designing Semantic Models and Semantic Views.
• Knowledge of data architecture and data modeling.
• Experience with GenAI and LLM-based solutions.
• Ability to design solutions supporting insight generation and natural language querying.
• Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Security best practices.

Nice to have:

• Experience with RAG solutions.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or regulated sectors.
• Snowflake certifications.

• Design and implement solutions based on Snowflake Cortex.
• Develop applications using Cortex Analyst, Cortex Search, and GenAI functionalities.
• Build and deploy Snowflake Agents supporting business processes.
• Design and maintain Semantic Models and Semantic Views.
• Implement natural language querying (NLQ) solutions.
• Create RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture and agentic workflows.
• Collaborate with business users to define analytical requirements.
• Optimize performance of Snowflake environments and data processing.
• Participate in designing data architecture and AI platform development standards.
