• Higher education in technical, economic, or banking fields.
• Experience in implementation projects within the banking sector.
• Good knowledge of BPMN 2.0 (UML) and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect.
• Proficiency in Polish and English at C1 level for effective work in an international environment.
• Analytical thinking, excellent work organization, communication skills, and stress resistance.

• Identify user needs and define functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create and verify analytical and project documentation.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and the development team in a SCRUM environment.
