QA Engineer

Talent Bridge helps organizations make better recruitment and development decisions using modern psychometric tests created in collaboration with scientists. They serve corporate clients in Poland and Europe, with solutions used in talent programs and recruitment processes of large organizations. Currently, they are developing an HR Tech platform and AI-based solutions to support recruitment and development processes.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing.
• Experience in preparing test scenarios and cases.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of software quality assurance processes.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Independence and responsibility for assigned tasks.

Nice to have:

• Experience in creating automated tests.
• Experience with Selenium.
• Knowledge of Jenkins or other CI/CD tools.
• Experience with SoapUI or API testing tools.
• Knowledge of Jira.
• Knowledge of web application penetration testing.
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
• Experience testing SaaS applications.
• Experience in projects using AI or Machine Learning.

• Ensuring software compliance with business and technical requirements.
• Creating test scenarios, cases, and plans.
• Performing manual tests supported by AI solutions.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining automated tests.
• Verifying the quality of new functionalities before deployment.
• Collaborating with developers, Product Owner, and analysts in designing and testing solutions.
• Analyzing, reporting, and monitoring bugs.
• Participating in building quality processes and testing standards.
• Supporting the team in application security and identifying potential vulnerabilities.
