Senior PHP Developer (Laravel/Symfony)

Talent Bridge develops modern psychometric tests in collaboration with scientists to help organizations make better recruitment and development decisions. They serve corporate clients in Poland and Europe, with solutions used in talent programs and recruitment processes of large organizations. Currently, they are developing an HR Tech platform and AI-based solutions to support recruitment and development processes.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial PHP programming experience.
• Very good knowledge of PHP 8+.
• Experience with Laravel 12+ or Symfony.
• Practical knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience integrating with external APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL).
• Knowledge of Unix environments.
• Ability to design application architecture and solve complex technical problems.
• Ability to work in a team.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SOLID principles.
• Experience with Docker.
• Ability to create unit and integration tests.
• Familiarity with GitLab or other automation tools.
• Practical use of design patterns.
• Experience in projects using AI or Machine Learning.
• Experience working on SaaS products.

• Design and develop large, scalable applications within the Talent Bridge platform.
• Develop existing products and create new business modules.
• Work with modern solutions and maintain selected legacy code components.
• Design and implement integrations with client and partner systems.
• Create and develop APIs and integrations based on REST, SOAP, and GraphQL.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, UX Designer, and product team on functionality design.
• Implement solutions utilizing AI and Machine Learning.
• Participate in system architecture design and technology decisions.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and application security.
