They serve corporate clients in Poland and Europe, with solutions used in talent programs and recruitment processes of large organizations. Currently, they are developing an HR Tech platform and AI-based solutions to support recruitment and development processes.
Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial frontend application development.
- Very good knowledge of JavaScript and React.
- Experience in creating modern user interfaces.
- Ability to write readable, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Experience working with APIs.
- Teamwork skills.
- Independence and responsibility for assigned tasks.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Docker.
- Experience with Node.js.
- Knowledge of Jest.
- Experience with Material UI.
- Experience in SaaS projects.
- Experience with AI-based products.
- Knowledge of frontend best practices and design patterns.
Obowiązki
- Design and develop large, scalable applications within the Talent Bridge platform.
- Develop existing products and create new business modules.
- Work with modern solutions and maintain selected legacy code elements.
- Create intuitive and efficient user interfaces.
- Implement system integration-based solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Owner, UX Designer, and product team on functionality design.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and application availability.
- Participate in technological decision-making regarding frontend development.
