We're the e-Invoicing Sector, a high-growth global business specializing in e-invoicing, tax compliance, and fintech automation for enterprise clients worldwide. Operating across Europe, the Americas, ASEAN, and the Middle East & Africa, the company aims to become one of the top 5 e-invoicing providers globally by navigating diverse regulatory regimes and building a strong brand presence internationally.

• 8+ years in Corporate Communications, Corporate Affairs, or PR within B2B SaaS, FinTech, or Enterprise software.
• Ability to solve complex, ambiguous challenges independently.
• Skill in synthesizing regulatory, financial, and technical information.
• Strong critical thinking and professional intuition to identify effective communication angles.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for production, sentiment analysis, and strategy.

• Own the corporate narrative and position the brand for new markets and growth opportunities.
• Work directly with senior leadership as a trusted advisor and ghostwriter for communications.
• Design, launch, and operate international media relations across Europe, the Americas, ASEAN, and MEA.
• Build and run AI-assisted workflows to streamline content production and track media impact.
• Monitor the e-invoicing regulatory landscape and position the company as an authoritative partner globally.

This role requires the candidate to be based in Europe due to close collaboration with core teams and key markets.
