Project Manager

Scalo is a company involved in projects within the banking sector, specifically focusing on brokerage services including investment advisory, asset management, and order handling. The role involves working with complex projects in this domain and collaborating with various business, operational, IT, compliance, and legal units.

• Higher education, preferably in Economics, Financial Markets, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing complex projects in the banking sector.
• Good knowledge of brokerage services, especially investment advisory, asset management, and order handling.
• Practical knowledge of capital market regulations including MiFID and the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments.
• Experience collaborating with business, operational, IT, compliance, and legal units.
• Ability to work effectively with senior management, including board members.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Analytical approach with skills in preparing clear analyses and recommendations.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Project, and MS PowerPoint.

• Leading comprehensive projects in brokerage services from initiation to deployment.
• Analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions related to investment advisory, asset management, and order handling.
• Ensuring project compliance with regulations including MiFID and the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments.
• Coordinating collaboration among business units, operations, IT, compliance, and legal departments.
• Preparing business analyses, recommendations, and materials supporting management decisions.
• Reporting project status, risks, and dependencies to senior management and the board.
• Managing project backlog, schedule, budget, and priorities.
• Creating and maintaining project and process documentation.
• Conducting workshops, alignment meetings, and analytical sessions with stakeholders.
• Identifying, analyzing, and managing project risks and dependencies.
• Working in a hybrid mode with three days per month in the Warsaw office.

Work mode is hybrid with 3 days per month required in the office in Warsaw.
