- Experience working with requirements including user stories, use cases, and backlog
- Practical knowledge of credit processes for business clients is a strong advantage
- Experience in digitalization projects or remote processes is welcome
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Obowiązki
- Participation in the development of credit processes for business clients in the financial sector
- Analysis and optimization of business processes related to credit services and their digitization
- Modeling business processes and requirements using BPMN and UML
- Collaboration with IT teams and business stakeholders
- Creating and managing requirements such as user stories, use cases, and backlog in Agile environments
- Working with Jira and Confluence tools
- Contributing to the development of modern digital banking solutions
