Business Analyst

• Experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst at Junior or Regular level
• Experience in CRM, and for Regular level, experience in the banking sector
• Knowledge of CRM and ERP platforms and systems
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with Jira and Confluence tools
• Higher education degree
• Ability to conduct workshops, analytical meetings, and present solutions to business users
• Analytical thinking, independence, and good work organization

• Collaborate with development, UX/UI, QA teams, and business stakeholders
• Gather, analyze, and refine business and system requirements at various organizational levels
• Participate in the development and optimization of CRM-related business processes
• Identify automation opportunities and recommend improvements
• Conduct workshops, presentations, and analytical sessions for business users
• Prepare analytical documentation and support project teams during change implementation
• Participate in projects executed using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Work in a hybrid model with 4 days per month in the Warsaw office
