AI Solution Architect

Scalo is a company delivering AI services and solutions for clients in Poland, DACH, UK, and USA, working on projects in domains such as energy, finance, and banking. The role involves building and developing an AI service portfolio, designing and implementing GenAI systems, AI agents, and RAG solutions in production environments, and supporting internal AI tools and agents.

• Practical experience delivering commercial AI projects with ability to discuss architecture, challenges, and business outcomes
• Experience designing and deploying production RAG solutions and agent systems
• Practical knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and integrating agents with business systems
• Daily use of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar
• Ability to quickly translate ambiguous business problems into working prototypes or proofs of concept
• Understanding of enterprise system architecture and technical decision-making at solution level
• Experience designing application, integration, or cloud architecture as Architect, Lead Developer, or Principal Engineer
• Knowledge of security, data protection, compliance, and enterprise environment constraints
• Experience optimizing AI model usage costs and infrastructure
• Fluent English communication skills (minimum C1)
• Comfortable with consulting work and direct client contact

• Build and develop AI service portfolio for clients in Poland, DACH, UK, and USA
• Design and implement GenAI systems, AI agents, and RAG solutions in production environments
• Collaborate with clients from business problem identification through proof of concept to production deployment
• Design AI solution architecture, select models, infrastructure, and cost optimization strategies
• Conduct technical workshops and engage with architects, CTOs, and business decision-makers
• Support sales team in presales and solution consulting
• Develop internal AI tools and agents supporting Scalo's processes
• Potentially build and lead own technical teams and contribute to AI organization development
• Work in an AI-native delivery model using modern AI-assisted development tools
• Work fully remotely with occasional office visits and business trips
