Network Engineer

Allegro is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join their Corporate Network Team. The role involves maintaining and managing international network infrastructure, participating in integration projects, unifying and standardising the enterprise network, and designing and implementing infrastructure in new locations. The team is experienced and works on complex, international projects.

• Minimum 3 years of IT network development experience
• Time and project management skills for complex international projects
• Practical knowledge of switches and routers administration (Cisco, Juniper)
• Experience configuring dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
• Proficiency in firewall configuration (Palo Alto)
• Experience with Wireless Controllers configuration (Cisco WLC)
• Knowledge of DDI configuration (Infoblox)
• Skills in service integration and report generation (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, InfluxDB)
• Experience with Network as a Service and Infrastructure as Code concepts (Python, Ansible, Terraform, REST API)
• Ability to create network tools using Linux and Bash
• Experience with Cisco DNA Center and Cisco SD-WAN administration
• Basic knowledge of UPS and air cooling setup and monitoring (Eaton, APC, Daikin)
• Network security expertise including ISE (TACACS/RADIUS and IAM)
• Experience with DMVPN, S2S VPN (ikev1/ikev2), Remote Access VPN (Cisco, MFA Authenticator)
• Experience maintaining ISP contracts across Europe
• Version control proficiency (GitHub, Terraform)
• Category B driving license for business trips including international travel
• Readiness for 24/7 on-call duty in rotation
• Fluency in English (B2/C1) and Polish (minimum C1); Czech knowledge is a plus

Candidates must have a Category B driving license and be ready for 24/7 on-call duty in a rotating system. Fluency in English and Polish is required, with Czech language skills considered a plus. The role includes business trips, including international travel (1-2 trips per quarter).
