UI/ UX Designer

Scalo is involved in projects related to the banking industry, focusing on digital solutions development in collaboration with business experts, analysts, and technology teams.

• Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer.
• Experience designing and developing banking products with emphasis on consistency, scalability, and intuitiveness.
• Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive concepts for mobile and desktop applications, including responsive design and Design Systems.
• Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative research results and translating findings into design decisions.
• Ability to present and justify design solutions based on user needs and business objectives.
• Participation in UX research, including preparation of research materials, analysis of results, and testing of designed solutions.

• Participate in projects related to the banking industry.
• Co-create digital solutions in collaboration with business experts, analysts, and technology teams.
• Conduct design workshops and discovery sessions to identify user needs and business goals.
• Execute complex UX projects within multidisciplinary product teams.
• Contribute to shaping design standards and UX practices within the organization.
• Collaborate with experienced designers, researchers, and UX experts on large-scale solutions.
• Work in a hybrid model with 4 days per month in the Warsaw office.
