Business Analyst

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital, financial, or automotive products
• Proficient in Agile (Scrum) methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Experience with API design and lifecycle
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Comfortable working in project environments and international teams
• English language proficiency at minimum B2/C1 level

Nice to have:

• Experience with large product/offer catalogs (5000+ items)
• Experience working on customer-facing and digital channel solutions

• Gathering and refining requirements from business and IT
• Creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation
• Collaborating with developers in designing solutions
• Participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) and providing post-implementation support
