• University degree in Information Technology, Finance and Controlling, or similar.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; German is a plus.
• High analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Background in financial controlling, including budget planning, forecasting, and deviation analysis.
• Advanced skills in data analysis, data management, and visualization tools for financial modeling, reporting, and invoice processing.
• Very good communication skills.
• Team player with high flexibility and openness, able to work collaboratively within virtual teams.
• Strong self-motivation with persuasive skills.
• Willingness to travel.

• Oversee daily operations and manage stakeholder communication.
• Deliver strategic insights contributing to business continuity and financial optimization.
• Manage the asset lifecycle from creation to return and issue purchase orders to vendors, focusing on Germany.
• Develop and maintain financial controls for the global product budget, perform deviation analysis, and define corrective measures.
• Oversee invoice verification for all global vendors, including data preparation, price validation, and documentation.
• Create regular and ad-hoc reports for management, controlling, and regional teams focusing on performance and data accuracy.
• Act as the central point of contact for country coordinators on financial matters and for vendors regarding contract and device status.
• Handle general inquiries and operational incidents related to the printing service.
