NEOPADEL to sport-tech startup budujący ekosystem technologiczny dla padla w Polsce — aplikację rezerwacyjną, system zarządzania klubami (SaaS) oraz afiliacyjny sklep ze sprzętem. Firma jest technologicznym ramieniem MCourt, firmy z 15-letnim doświadczeniem w budowie kortów.

• Minimum 3 lata komercyjnego doświadczenia z React Native, z aplikacjami wydanymi w App Store lub Google Play
• Solidna znajomość TypeScript/JavaScript oraz REST API
• Doświadczenie z natywnymi modułami iOS/Android, w tym linking i debugging na poziomie natywnym
• Znajomość procesu publikacji aplikacji w App Store Connect i Google Play Console
• Umiejętność pracy w małym zespole, samodzielność i właścicielskie podejście do kodu
• Komunikatywna znajomość języka polskiego (B2)

• Rozwój i utrzymanie aplikacji mobilnej (React Native) obsługującej rezerwacje kortów, płatności i integracje z systemami klubowymi
• Współpraca w 4-osobowym zespole deweloperskim w dwutygodniowych sprintach (Scrum-inspired)
• Praca w modelu branchowym z code review przez pull requesty
• Współtworzenie architektury aplikacji i skalowanie użytkowników (obecnie 1000+)
• Integracje z systemami płatności (Stripe Connect), systemami rezerwacyjnymi klubów oraz elementami automatyki kortów (np. sterowanie drzwiami/oświetleniem przez MQTT)
• Dbanie o jakość kodu, wydajność aplikacji i UX na poziomie mobile-first
