Power Platform Engineer

Massive Pixel Creation Sp. z o.o. is hiring a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer to join the Workflow & Engineering Enablement team working on a firmwide initiative for a leading Investments client. The role involves building Power Platform-based applications for the Global Operations team to manage data lifecycle and workflow automation.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years working with Microsoft Power Platform
• Proven track record developing custom applications with Power Apps
• Strong experience building workflows with Power Automate and reports with Power BI
• Experience integrating Power Platform with other Microsoft technologies and external connectors
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Excel
• Experience with Power Platform connectors (e.g., AI Builder, Salesforce)
• Azure Functions and DevOps experience is a plus
• Familiarity with SQL and Python
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Solution Development:

• Design, develop, and implement custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Dataverse
• Build scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions integrating with SharePoint, Azure, SQL, and third-party APIs
• Create and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate
• Design data models, entities, and relationships for effective data management
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 and external systems such as Azure Functions
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Work with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into tailored solutions

Maintenance and Support:

• Monitor and maintain the health of Power Platform applications to ensure high availability and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and training to end-users
• Optimize Power Platform usage by decommissioning unused resources and archiving unnecessary data to reduce cost

SDLC:

• Work within a scrum team and track work in Jira (or similar)
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and developers to gather requirements and deliver on time
• Automate testing and deployment
• Maintain technical documentation including design specs, test plans, and user guides
