Senior Java Developer (insurance)

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in a similar area.
• Proficient knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, JPA (Hibernate), Oracle and PostgreSQL databases, Kafka, REST, and SOAP.
• Practical experience in creating and integrating REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience in system monitoring, risk analysis, and planning application development and migration.
• Knowledge of asynchronous communication solutions.
• Fluent in Polish language (minimum C1 level).

• Develop backend services for a mobile application using Java and microservices architecture.
• Prepare and implement integrations with existing systems and components.
• Transition integrations from SOAP-based to REST-based communication.
• Utilize containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Implement asynchronous communication using Apache Kafka.
• Monitor system performance and analyze logs using Elasticsearch and Kibana.

The recruitment process includes a phone interview (up to 30 minutes), a remote technical-business video interview (60-90 minutes), and a remote meeting with the Product Owner (45 minutes). The entire cooperation and onboarding process is conducted remotely.
